What does our store carry? Our catalogue covers sandwich cookies, snack cakes, frozen treats, cookie gift sets, merchandise and related accessories. Read the relevant item page for current options, pricing and availability.
How are delivery timing and cost decided? Checkout states any free-shipping entitlement. Usual order handling is approximately 1–2 business days, separate from the estimated 3–5 business days for delivery. The estimates cannot guarantee a date.
May I exchange or send back a purchase? Both faulty and non-faulty returns are accepted, and exchanges are possible. Even if you changed your mind or selected incorrectly, request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be new and unused, in original condition and complete with packaging, labels and accessories.
Is a return label provided? Yes, a free label is packed with the goods and no restocking fee is charged. Do not send the parcel without authorization; an exchange remains subject to inventory.
What information is needed for a delivery or product problem? Report damaged, defective, incorrectly sent or incomplete goods with the order number, checkout email and explanation, plus photo or video evidence of the goods and packaging. An approved refund is processed back to the original payment method within 10 days.
How can an order be paid for? Enabled methods found on our store are Credit/Debit Card. The methods shown at checkout are the ones available for your order.
