Shipping Policy

Our usual fulfilment preparation takes around 1–2 business days. The delivery estimate after shipment is 3–5 business days. These timings apply to physical orders through our store and should not be treated as guaranteed service deadlines.

Review checkout for shipping charges and any free-shipping qualification. Please double-check the street address and all other delivery details, as well as the email address and phone number associated with the order.

Tracking is shared as soon as it is available, although a carrier may not update every scan immediately. Destination or item restrictions can prevent service, and holidays, severe weather or transport disruptions can cause delays.

Let us know if a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, runs late or is recorded as delivered without being received. Include your order number, checkout email, tracking number and problem description; for damage, keep the packaging and send supporting pictures for the carrier review.
