Refund Policy

If you want to return or exchange an order, apply within 30 days after receipt. We take returns of goods with defects as well as goods without defects. All returns are restricted to new, unused items that remain in their original condition and retain the original packaging, labels and accessories.

You can request a non-faulty return for personal preference, an ordering mistake or simply changing your mind. Damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect delivery, missing items and significant description discrepancies may also be submitted for review.

Please provide your order number, the checkout email address and an explanation. Add images or video of the goods and packaging when reporting damage, a defect, a wrong item or missing pieces. Obtain our approval to send the parcel before returning it.

Goods are returned by mail, with a free return-shipping label included in the package. We do not impose a restocking fee. Exchanges can proceed according to inventory availability.

Approved refunds are handled within 10 days and credited back to the payment method originally used. The issuer's own processing may affect when the amount appears in your account.
